Balbacua sa Guizo

"Balbacua sa Guizo" is the name of this certain carenderia. Been here twice and it was fantastic. Haven't tried their balbacua but it was their Isdang Paksiw that keeps me asking for more. Their specialty are Balbacua, lansiao,  tinolang isda, isdang paksiw, and many more. Its along the road of guizo in front of Rhine.

My taste buds got tickled by the taste of their isdang paksiw which is made of mamsa. Per serving cost 70php. A bit high but once you tasted, your thoughts would surely be overwhelmed thats it was fairly price for its taste. Just today, we drop by hoping to have my favorite isdang paksiw but unfortunately it was still at the kitchen in the process of cooking and was expected to be done by 10am and it was still 8am at my watch. The only food available that time was tinolang isda and paklay and so we ask for tinolang isda. Tinolang isda was serve hot and seems the fish belong to the freshes catch of the day with a terrific tatse and aromatic smell.

The place is wide open, made of bamboo structure and just have some few bamboo dividers. The place is big enough to accomodate at least 50 heads. They have ample parking space for the costumers. Its not really a big eatery, just a lil bigger compared to an ordinary carenderia. The peak time for costumers is at 10 am - 1pm wherein its the time their specialties are serve hot. Foods are displayed in large cooking pots directly from kitchen.

Generally the food and service were both good as what we all want to expect. The price is just enough for the food and is a place to satisfy food cravings.
